If you are looking for professional and personalised service, where failure is not an option, contact me today.  I take total responsibility for my client's applications, from start to finish.

I will always give you the answers you need to know, which may not be the answers you want to hear.  However, it will save you from wasting your money, and more importantly, from certain disappointment.

Unlike other websites that you may visit, I have deliberately not crowded this site with irrelevant information and/or “sponsored” links.  This has been done to avoid the inconvenience to you, of having to navigate your way through pages of information and web links, in order to find some basic information, guidance and advice.  If you require any information that does not appear on this site, please contact me and I will be happy to provide the specific information requested. I think you will agree, this is a much more efficient, time saving and personal approach to your requirements.

Graham Paddington

Immigration law is complex, and is not something that can be interpreted by unqualified or inexperienced people.  The information freely provided on the Department of Home Affairs (formerly the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP)) website, and which entices and encourages you to lodge your own application, does not and cannot even scratch the surface of the issues required to be considered when lodging a visa application.  Please remember that your visa application fee (which must be paid at the time of lodgement), is non-refundable.  The Department of Home Affairs (DOHA) can therefore only benefit by encouraging people to lodge their own applications, because it receives the application fees regardless of the outcome.  You are therefore strongly advised to seek the advice and guidance of a professional, to avoid losing your application fee/s as a result of a visa refusal, and which may also adversely effect your options regarding any future application/s. Graham's years of experience and success, will provide you with the assistance and the answers that you need, to ensure that your application has the best possible chance of success, and of being processed in the shortest possible time.
